DAD objectives are to provide an enhanced institutional and policy capacity for a successful European integration process, especially in the area of justice and home affairs. To this end, we work to promote, support and monitor institutional reform aimed at improving the transparency, fairness, accountability and efficiency of judicial systems, strengthening the rule of law and advancing human rights for all.
Our aim is to foster policy development through interdisciplinary dialogue and partnership between public institutions, academia and social actors on key issues that will shape the future legal landscape. In order to achieve this objective, specific projects, involving various partners and supported by the European Commission DG Justice, have been carried out on the following topics:
